Best thing about this place is location and price. You are less than 3 miles from the beach, Tin city and 5th avenue shopping areas. Less than 20 miles from Marco Island and Bonita springs. Negatives: run down and a musty smell rooms,lumpy beds I had to ask for more towels you only get two, I like two towels just for myself, noises people and cars it’s in a ihop parking lot. I’m a non smoker so I’m turned off by smoking allowed outside of rooms it always floats down to mine. Would I stay again maybe.

The pool and outside garden area looked really nice and the room was decent for the price. However, I would not recommend this hotel for a few reasons. Both nights my partner and I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. A family next to us had kids that were running/yelling, and adults that were talking very loudly outside our door starting around midnight. We contacted the front desk about the noise twice and the noise continued until at least 2 am. The second night there was someone blasting music around 4:30 am. We called the front desk again and the noise did subside around 20 minutes later. Lastly, after checking out in the lobby, the worker and another guest were repeatedly saying “gringa” in reference to me. In summary, I would proceed with caution when staying here and personally I will not be coming back.

The onsite amenities are great, lovely, and kept up, unfortunately we hd more than one room and what I had in my room in the kitchen was non-existent, in comparison to what was offered in the room my other familiy members had. Staff was super nice, and the first floor rooms that look over the pool are super lovely to just jump out to the pool, but they do need a slight remodel in the bath/shower hardware; it was hard to get hot water.
