A bit of a problem that we couldn't book in until 5. This was made clear but what was unclear was that there was no body at the hotel and before 5, the automatic booking was telling us the booking didn't exist. This made us a little anxious, so better communication on this would have been good. Otherwise, although it was away from the city centre, there were good transport links and the one member of staff we met was extremely friendly and helpful.

Sale, bruyant, meuble abimé, parking situer derriere sans acces direct, meme pas de pancarte pour indiquer la disponibilite de la chambre, odeur forte de tabac froid,une seul prise electrique, pour le prix a fuir je prefere le formule 1 plus propre et plus moderne

Monsieur, du fait que le parking soit derrière l'hôtel, cela augmente la distance par rapport au périphérique.Dans nos chambres, les douches et wc sont dans la chambre.Nous tenons compte de votre observation concernant l'odeur de tabac, l'établissement est pourtant entièrement non fumeur.Cordialement

Bonjour,Il est vrai qu'avec les travaux sur le périphérique, ce n'est pas toujours facile lorsque l'on ne connait pas Nantes, en arrivant de l'ouest ou du nord, il faut prendre direction Poitiers. En venant du sud, périphérique est et sortie 41. porte de carquefou. Cordialement
