"My second time staying at The Edition and it still remains one of my favourite hotels. The staff was great, especially Benjamin who will magically appear and solve our problems with Chinese apps. The staff, the reception and the bellboys, is amazingly helpful even when I was leaving the hotel. Cleanliness is as fantastic as ever! The room is spotless, even areas that some other 5-star hotels ignore. I know because I wet-wiped all surfaces. Lastly, the hotel will send emails to you before you arrive so that they can accommodate any request. "

The staff was excellent—exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. While the Deluxe Suite was spacious and comfortable, the décor felt slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh. Overall, it was a good stay with outstanding service and an unbeatable location."
