"This is a beautiful historical hotel with a lot of history. It is in a nice location locatedon the waterfront and close to central Suva. The rooms were clean and tidy and with good amenities including free bottled water. There is a tablet to order anything you need and it is delivered very quickly. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food pricing it probably a little more expensive as it is an up market hotel i.e. flat white coffee was FJD $13."

"Issues with TV but sorted the same day. Meals and Bar staff great. Reception friendly and helpful. House maid was always pleasant and polite. Possibly some maintenance on rooms walls and windows. Paint coming adrift and windows difficult to open."

"The Tv in the room was not working when I ask the staff they told me non of the TV is working in this apartment when I told them it’s says on booking that flat screen tv in the room they told me that they don’t have control on Expedia , I spent my time just setting doing nothing when I’m the room very disappointed"

"Stayed a week in the Frangipani rooms. Rooms were basic but sufficient for our needs. Outdoor shower was welcome and there was always hot water. The rooms weren't cleaned although we never requested this. Food served at lunch consisted mainly of burgers and wraps and these were tasty. There were usually 4/5 dinner options from daal soup to fish and steak dishes and these were enjoyed by the group. The free breakfast is simple consisting of cereal, bread and jam. "Everything was good apart from not knowing it wasn’t any alcohol serve at the bistro. I was here four years ago and they had alcohol. That wasn’t a big issue anyway."
