"I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. "I booked this last minute due to a change in direction and although I thought I would hate this family hotel as a solo traveller, it was great.
I loved that the beach area was quiet and the gym was empty. The room was standard layout and functional. For families this is a great hotel, lots to do!
There are lots of events going on which can get quite noisy but they all finished at a decent time.
My only negative would be - as a solo traveller they didn't expect this. While say trying to order...

"The hotel was nice overall but it could use some upgrades. We had issues closing our sliding patio door and the shower knob leaked. But overall we had a pleasant stay. Nice beach during high tide, pool and hot tub area. Just need to supervise guests with children to not use hot tub as a kiddie pool. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. "
