There is constant chatter 3 meters from the bed from 7.00 to after midnight. So you can't sleep until everyone has left the common area. One should stop using this room. Cobwebs over the bed. "I have stayed many times in Mai Hom Villa Resort. Quiet,clean and comfortable and a good stopping point when driving between Pattaya and Northern Thailand. A small Big C shop and dining options are within walking distance. Plenty of undercover parking spaces available is a bonus. "

"Good location for a stop-over while driving from Chiang Rai to Rayong with a dog.The room was acceptably clean and bed was comfortable. Only adverse comments relates to the bathroom which was dated and in need of maintenance - for example shower was feeble and replacement of the leaky hose would have been beneficial. Good value for the price paid though."
