The house keeping staff was great especially Carolyn . She did a great job and was curtis, caring, and diligent. Sharon was great at front desk. I asked for a higher floor room. She went out of her way to give me a two bedroom unit with one bedroom locked but the living room and kitchen were more spacious. This is what I called customers service.

The room was clean. My housekeeping staff, Carolyn was especially good. She is attentive, courteous, did a good job and took care of all my needs. All staff at the hotel were very helpful. Sharon even assigned a two bedroom for me when I asked for a higher floor apartment even I only booked an one bedroom. The living room and kitchen were more spacious. Of course they have to lock the second bedroom. For breakfast you can order what you want. I would definite stay here again if I get the chance. Thank you Rose Garden I liked my stay there.

Pros: The property is located in a lovely, safe neighbourhood in Nairobi. The staff are friendly and helpful. Cons: The apartment block is under renovation and with a big construction project next door, expect noise and dust. The apartment needs a deeper clean of bathrooms and toilets and has a cockroach problem.
