So friendly! Wonderful experience! This was our second stay in 2 years and although it isn’t super close to airport, I feel like I could bypass other options because of the service, cleanliness, and great restaurant!

The location is good. The hotel staffs are very frendly and helpful. You have to be aware that the restaurant serve extreamly slow. It took 50minutes to get pasta for my lunch.

Restaurant staff was terrible. Ate with a group of friends. 4 of them had their food delivered in about 45 minutes. After 2 hours i finally asked about my meal. 10 minutes later they came and ask me to confirm what i ordered. They rushed my meal, if you can call waiting 2 1/2 hours rushing. Dish was cold and under cooked. No apologies, no we are sorry, just nothing. Food was terrible.

The property need to have a better Internet system, and they need to let people be aware that they are responsible for their driver to and from the airport. Other than that the hotel is in a great location. The restaurant food was great and the staff was outstanding they had a lot of respect from the people that let you in the gate to the ones twho prepare your food to the one who clean your room to the ones at the front desk, I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel. I stayed there for 12 days and my stay was amazing. This hotel had the best staff I ever meet. I love the way everyone greeted you on a daily basis.

El hotel esta cerca de tiendas y supermercado. el cuarto que nos todo. el sensor de movimiento tenia problemas, la ducha el agua slia por todos lados, la goma de la puerra del bańo estaba despegada, reporte todo y enseguida fueron a arreglar todo, muy buena respuesta. El desayuno muy bueno. En general nos fue miy bien en este hotel el servicio y atención muy bueno. lo recomiendo.

Pleasantly surprised

The exterior of the hotel made me question my choice, but our driver said it was very nice. The receptionist was helpful though not overly pleasant. The room was beautiful, modern, comfortable. The location was excellent and not far from the CBD. We would definitely stay here again.

Decor of a Hyatt Regency at a Holiday Inn price

Excellent check-in. Room was ready and great choice. Lobby is small with 5 chairs but 100 feet away is great indoor/outdoor lounge areas with room for 50 meetings of business men at same time. Breakfast buffet is a real value when pre-booked in room rate. Excellent food choices, 3 juices, 3 cereals, 10 hot entrees, custom eggs to order, 6 breads, great coffee, 5 fruits for dessert. 20 foot long buffet for breakfast is impressive. Dinner is also buffet just different choices and is expensive and only fair . On busy street which is under construction so there is a constant traffic jam. One hour from airport due to traffic. Nice indoor/outdoor bar for drinks at night. Very good security. No pool or business center. Fast modern elevators. Stayed four nights on business. Would come back again.
