The shower water was cold. There was a leak on the shower glass door that made the shower to flood after every use. Basically the facility is getting old. The receptionist and cleaning staff were very nice and pleasant. I would come back if they gave me hot showers

Quiet, clean, well furnished, well located. Policy on access for Uber drivers not clear, sometimes they are allowed in sometimes not which is confusing. The implication is that sometimes one has to walk to the gate to board a vehicle when vehicle is denied entry.

My business stay at the hotel was completely satisfactory, however hotels.com is unable to issue me an invoice or a customized receipt containing my company details and VAT ID number. Payment was made in advance via the hotels.com platform. So finally I had to pay for the hotel out of my own pocket. What a pity. That is the only reason I m giving bad overall review rate - to mobilize hotels.com Team.

This property was in a safe area. Well maintained and excellent service all around. It was so nice staying here and we felt right at home. Grace at the front office was very nice and Mildred in house keeping was great and made our stay one of the best things we experience we had in Nairobi. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend Longonot Serviced Apartments.

This was more than I expected when I booked. The apartment was very clean and large. Plenty of room for my family of four to spread out. Security was tight, which was alarming but appreciated. There are shops and restaurants with a ten minute walk and it is across the street from Nairobi university. We only stayed one night before going on safari but this would be a great home base if you are spending more time in Nairobi. Would definitely stay here again.
