The breakfast was a disaster they could have done a better job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Management is very disorganized, I paid for my stay at the day I checked in yet on the checkout date they asked for me to pay again and it took me 30 minutes explaining that I had paid already but they kept saying they didn’t have my record of payment.
When you making a complaint please consider these points:
1.The room was too hot: no ac or fan to control room temperature.
2. Had lots of Mosquitoes.
3. There was no hot water to shower (afte 15 minutes of running).
4. Slow service (Asked for an iron 3 times before they brought it to the room).
5. Checking in took a very long time; they said that they couldn't find my booking from Expedia.
The staff was outstanding and very polite. My only complaint would be that there was no A/C as the website said. This was one of the reasons I selected this hotel. Being my first trip to Nairobi I was a little concerned at the high fence and guarded gate when we arrived. Don't plan on sleeping late, with the lack of air conditioning all the windows were open and there is lots and lots of work going on just outside the fence.

Bed for the night and that's all
it's a pretty poor hotel for anything more than a 1 night stay.
On arriving, the reception is bright and welcoming. Staff are friendly and helpful. room was spacious and comfortable, Buffet breakfast was very good; had assorted pastries & hot & cold foods.
