I didn't like that the shower had only cold water. It was fixed once then became cold again after a couple of days. Also, the microwave and oven had no heat. We asked the front desk if they would fix it on two different occasions. They said that they'd send someone to fix it the next day, both times. This never happened the entire two weeks of my stay. The day time security and cleaning staff were really good. However, the cleaning ladies did throw away a few things I didn't want thrown out.

Baustellen, viel Schmutz

In der Küche lagen uralte Waschlappen herum. Schlechter erster Eindruck. Das Appartment mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, sep. WC, Bad mit WC, Schlafzimmer mit Safe wäre eigentlich gut, aber durch die beiden Grossbaustellen in unmittelbarer Nähe (Distanz zu unserem Balkon etwa 7 - 10 Meter) war der Balkon immer voll mit Staub. Der dazugehörige Pool ist ebenfalls durch die Baustellen unbrauchbar gemacht. Positiv ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Reception und Zimmerservice. Das Management ist aber leider nicht sehr flexibel.

Jobb med renholdet så blir dette bra.

Store rom, liten tomt med høye bygg på alle sider. Ikke spesielt rent, bygget i 2017 men svømmebassenget var allerede gitt opp. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Gangavstand til Yaya center og Prestige Plaza, løser frokost behovene.WIFIen gav seg første kvelden og kom ikke tilbake.
