The facilities were incredible. Like luxury hotel. I slept like a rock. My only complaint was a sketchy young guy who was clearly trying to scam me trying to be 'helpful' and trying to get my number. Otherwise it's incredibly cozy.

I booked it for 2 people. Only 1 towel. Most of the cupboards had 1 hinge hanging of. Only 1/4 of 1 toilet roll and no coffee or tea sachets on arrival (that would of been a small nice gesture). Nothing to dry the washing up of kitchen plates e.t.c or utensils. Confusion about lift key on arrival as it could not be found. Location and site was excellent tho.

チェックインの方法について事前に案内がなく、部屋番号が分からず、連絡があるまでしばらく施設に入れなかった。ようやく部屋に入ったと思ったらスタッフが部屋の掃除中だった（17:00頃）。一旦外出して清掃が終わるのを待って部屋に入ったら洗濯物が大量に干してあった。空気が湿っているし、臭かった。シャワーの湯も十分に出ず寒かった。チェックアウトの方法もこちらが聞くまで何の案内もない。クレームをしたが十分な対応をしてもらえなかった。本当に最悪
