"Clean rooms. Had to ask twice to get someone to check the ac. Finally gave us a room with working AC. Staff was very friendly especially at buffet. Very attentive great service. "AMAZING view of the volcano if you stay at the room with volcano view. Quiet and friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was delicious with pretty great view of the volcano. The room clean and cozy. No AC needed. The only issue would be the 8pm curfew due to the hotel being in the national park ..."

"Der Aufenthalt bei Juanita war so traumhaft schön. Wir hatten den gesamten Bereich für uns allein und fühlten uns wie im Paradies mit den vielen Pflanzen, dem Pool, den Hängematten, dem Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Mini-Küche und der Nähe zum Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
