Our stay here was great. It’s not a spacious room but that’s typical for Japanese hotels. Very clean and quiet for being near a busy street. Lovely public bath that opened early morning. Also the pajamas they gave us were so comfy.

All you need is here in tiny space
The room was too hot to sleep in, the temperature control was not functioning. The room was tiny but functionally equipped with double/full size bed, small desk, fridge and tea pot etc. The bathroom was also tiny but clean and all of the necessary items were tucked into the small space.

Great experience! I chose to stay here because it was convenient. Literally 1 minute walk from the station exit. The room was sufficient and the AC worked really well with good thermostat temperature control. I’ve stayed at hotels in Japan with only an on/off option-this was not like that! Really enjoyed the spa. It was simple but clean and pleasant. The breakfast was particularly good. Many great options and the dining area is very nice with plenty of seating and a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stay here next time I come to Nagoya!

Clean and Cozy in Kanayama
The customer service was wonderful! My room was comfortable and clean. I had to do laundry at 12:00 am and received assistance from staff!

Very good
Sumptuous full featured buffet breakfast with 9th floor views from the tables. Two minute walk from Kanayama Station. Room climate control has hard time staying at set temperature. One minute blows cool air and the next warm air.

It is very close to the Kanayama JR Station and there is a convenience store right next to it. Hotel is modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection of Japanese and western food.

Modern hotel near train station
Easy access to train station and places to eat. Staff was very helpful and friendly.Spa and breakfast was great. We did have some load noise from the floor above us and found out it was the kitchen above us. Would not recommend the 8th floor because of noise.

また名古屋に行く際は宿泊したいです。
大浴場での入浴が魅力で宿泊しました。部屋は狭いですが清潔で快適でした。朝食のブフェが美味しくて感激しました。金山は交通の便が良いので名古屋市内の移動が楽です。

Very convenient location, multi lingual staff, clean and comfortable hotel. I l only stayed overnight and didn't try breakfast or the spa but I can def recommend for short and sweet stays

The hotel is clean and can be reached by direct train service from airport. The room is ok size in japan standard. However, given the size of the room, it is a bit overpriced.

Excellent and very convenient for our accomodation
It was very convenient for our transit from the Nagoya airport upon our late arrival to go to Nakatsugawa where our final destination was. Great hotel and comfortable and good size room and nice breakfast.

It is very convenient. Just 2-3 min's walk to subway n jr station. However, our room is at the far end of the hotel which takes us to walk few mins from lift. Breakfast just fair.

A newly renovated hotel
The room is a mixture of Japanese and Western styles. With a raised floor representing a Japanese style room, I need to take on my slippers every time I walk towards the entrance, where I can find the pantry.

From Kanayama Station to hotel withen 1min walk good breakfast, restaurant is near by for your couture taste adventure 1 stop to Nagoya Station for Nagoya Castle scenery and Museums.

Convenient spotless hotel near Kanayama station
The hotel provided a convenient base for a week's business visit to Nagoya. The room was Japanese-size and spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet served both Japanese and western items. The station, with subway routes, and with rail connections to Central Japan airport, is a couple of minutes away. There are lots of places to eat around the station, and a large Japanese shopping mall is a twenty minute stroll away. The downside is that the area around the hotel is full of pachinko parlours, etc.

great, clean, convenient access "business hotel". Tiny room but extremely well furnished and taken care of. Quiet at night. Breakfast was great, nice selection of japanese / chinese / western items. Overall more than pleased.

so close to Kanayama station, very easy to find it. whilst the compartment looked very small, well-furnished, quite clean. found the spa at 2nd floor, very nice.

Great location near subway and trains.
Great location and well maintained hotel. The breakfast was great too and had a large selection of foods. Just be aware that the rooms are small.
