"The rooms were clean staff was really helpful but in no way was the food worth the price. A 5 star hotel with 86 dollar (CAD) per person buffet and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. On top of that the rest of the buffet line items were not up to expectations for a resort - tasted bland and lacked flavor. We also went to the tea room where although the setting, view and service were great, we were served sandwiches with something similar to fake American cheese or Kraft single...

The Hiramatsu Hotels & Resorts Ginoza

10/10 Excellent

We enjoyed our stay a lot at the Hiramatsu Ginoza thanks to the wonderful and friendly staff! We were welcomed straight away when we arrived and throughout our stay all the staff members were caring and kind. The a la carte breakfast was exceptional and of a very high quality, especially the Western style breakfast. The resort is very clean, quiet and secluded with a beach close by. One point of feedback is that the wifi speed was a bit slow, but otherwise the stay was excellent!

The Terrace Club Wellness Thalasso At Busena

Spa is wonderful and relaxing. You should use every day Staff friendly and provided good advice. Car always ready when we needed it Food really good and filling including breakfast and cocktail hour Room very comfortable. We had requested sunset view not realising that it overlooks the entrance and carpark rather than straight out over the beach/sea Nothing was too much of an issue. There are other restaurants in the same hotel resport som you could stay on site all the time...

Shirahama Hotel

Yes its old, but so am I! I'd say it has character! There's also a lounge, not mentioned on the booking sites. Really good location. It's located five minutes from the 21st Century Forest Park, kilometers of immaculate parkland and beaches... with a safe swimming area, netted and lifeguards present. Nearby, less than 100 mertes, there is a laundromat, a 24hr Family Mart, and to the right towards Nago, virtually next door... is the Coop supermarket. About ten minutes walk away I recommend the...

Wonderful hotel with impeccable service. Really quiet and clean pools, good onsen and attentive service. We stayed in the Club Wing, and the lounge facility is great. Only downside is the local beach - perfectly clean and has many lifeguards, but man made and has no marine life. It’s not far to another beach in Bise that is fantastic for snorkelling though. For us, this was only a small drawback and the whole family left wanting to stay again.
