"It was amazing, convenient, and perfect for what I needed. Surprised there was no tub. A bit troublesome to get in the door to check in. An email was sent a day or two before my stay. Lucky for me I had my son who was studying abroad locally to share his hot spot so I could access my email, AND his girlfriend who is local and could translate the email which was entirely written in Japanese. Not great for a foreign traveler. "

"Stayed one night with four people and it was very nice. The room condition was amazing and everything was very well kept and clean. The bathroom was very nice. Check in went somewhat smoothly. They could’ve sent me the check in info a bit earlier as I had to message them to get it, but they replied within the hour with the instructions. All in all, I believe it is worth the money, it’s not anything super extravagant but it’s a nice hotel."

"I did not receive any information regarding security and room codes from the hotel. I finally called the listed number and the information was given. People were nice but it was a lengthy confusing process. The property is very nice but there were too many glitches in getting into the room itself."
