"Great Hotel!!! The only complaint I have is that there is no microwave in the room and that there is no pool on property. Other than those , Great place. Next to the lake and the area is beautiful"

"The room was well run down, and needs a total renovation. Everything looks like it is from the 1970's, and is literally falling apart. The staff was ok, and check in was decent. The pool is non-operational, and under construction. So no swimming, and no hot tub. The room, and hallways did smell like smoke.... both tobacco, and other substances. Elevators were sketchy, and one was out of service during our visit. The bathroom shower was terrible, with no water pressure. The area this hotel is located in, is not one you want to be after dark. There is nothing worth while nearby this hotel, and you will have to drive to get to anything decent. Will never again visit this establishment, as there are many better options out there."

"The main issue we have is the lack of response or help from the hotel regarding the damage an accident that another guest caused to our vehicle. We noticed significant damage on our vehicle that was most likely caused when the guest who was attending the Ferrari Family reunion in a green truck backed out. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have any cameras. We have tried several times to get help from the hotel. I spoke to the staff in charge the day of the incident twice on the morning of the incident and was promised help. We emailed the hotel but they never responded. And we called 3 times on different days but nobody picked up. We are 100% sure the owner of the vehicle was part of the Ferrari Family reunion because there was a “Ferrari North Tahoe” hat on the dashboard. The Crown staff said they would reach out to someone in the Ferrari family who were still in the hotel. For context, The Ferrari family is a prominent North Tahoe family and former owners of the Crown Motel. We hope that someone will see this and at the very least get us in touch with the guest who very likely damaged our vehicle."

"I truly love staying at this hotel, it is generally my first choice. It is close enough to walk to Greater Nevada Field, or the event center. Midtown depending on how far you want to venture you can walk or drive a short way and park and walk through the rest. Everyone in the hotel is accommodating. Whenever I have prepaid, if they can let me check in early they do or at minimum part all my stuff in the lot and then I walk around downtown. Family friendly, unique and nice bathrooms too. Love being able to relax in a good bath after a day of fun."
