RECOMMENDATION:NEVER stay in any property with this company. Problems from the beginning before checking in to the rental. When in the area 20 days before arrival, I rode by the property. I was extremely upset in the condition of the rental, for it was deceptive from the pictures and description found on Expedia. I immediately called Expedia to contact the host to get a refund, but since I had surpassed the refund date, I was told by the rental company there’s nothing they could do. The screened in porch had holes in the screen, screens falling off the windows, the furniture was soiled and broken on the porch, cigarette butts in the yard, therefore, I was very afraid to see what the inside looked like based on the first impression of the outside of the property. When I decided to go with this property because of its location to beach and its cost, the review on Expedia was a 7.0 but since then has dropped to a 4.4 due to recent reviews these last 20days again causing great concern.Upon arrival for check-in time at 4 PM I still hadn’t received a text message or email regarding check-in procedures. I reached out to the host, and was finally sent check-in information. Roach traps in multiple closets, porch furniture still soiled and broken, and the non-negotiable was the soiled mattress. It was disgusting! NO words for the filthiness! We didn’t stay there and had to spend more money to put my family in a safe and clean place for vacation.AVOID this Windy Hill rental company!
