Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the included breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. My criticisms are:
There was not a single hook anywhere to hang anything. With all the pools and water activities, hooks to hang towels, bathing suits etc should be a given. We ended up getting fresh towels from housekeeping every day (which is a waste) because there was no place to hang our towels to dry.
The on-site restaurant always seemed to be closed. Every time we tried to eat there the kitchen was closed. I would think pool-side snacks would be lucrative if they were open.
We were there in April, so not peak season, but everything in the area seemed to close at 9. We had to Uber-eats from a restaurant to get dinner after seeing a show that ended at 830.
The indoor water slides had a 48” height requirement. This would have been nice to know ahead of time, as this was the sole reason we booked this hotel, and then my daughter was 1/2” too short. The other, smaller water slides were closed the entire week we were there - it wasn’t clear why, because the rest of the pools were open.
Overall it was a fine stay. Nothing special but the important things - cleanliness, friendly staff - were all there.
