The condo was beautiful & very clean! We loved the view from the balcony. I stayed with a friend for a long weekend & we had so much fun. Resort offers a lot of entertainment & has good drinks & a decent pizza place. Probably one of the nicer places I’ve stayed in Myrtle. Got it at a really great price too with Expedia.

The rooms was very nice the bed was comfortable and they have options downstairs such as an indoor and outdoor pool and a tiki bar and a cafe and the best pizza restaurant connected. We stayed on the top 10th floor had an amazing ocean front view. They provide dishes so it was easy to cook inside. And the couch folded into another bed I loved it and I definitely will be going back it was very nice

I did like the tiki bar , pools and Jacuzzis , beach access and inside pizza Grill bar- the front desk was very helpful and nice my particular room could use some updates cabinets and bedding. Although it was a very nice stay.

It was in a great location for the money but i was unaware at the time of booking this that it wasnt a typical hotel. You need to go to a different location for check in and check out and there was no communication that the garage was across the street from the hotel. The room was decent for the price but some upgrades, like the couch, would have made it better.

Property check in office was located miles from the property. Property address was at 21st avenue south and check in/out was 35th avenue north! The front desk at property was locked and cluttered with boxes and other stuff. We were Not told that room key had to be used Everywhere in the building or that parking lot was across the street. I am physically limited and have handicap access permit. There were 4 spots in front of building only and always full. Elevator was out of service when we arrived so we had to wait to go up. Room was reasonably clean but could do with a deep clean. Fridge door was rusted and dented and it did not fit properly in the space it was in so the door wouldn’t open all the way. The sofa and chair had a few small stains but was comfortable. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The bath was very nice and clean. The balcony was perfect and so was view. The pool area and restaurant was perfect. We had a pizza there that was delicious. Beach just a few steps away and lifeguard was there as well. Overall good stay but we will not stay again because of lack of handicap parking and inconvenience of checking in and out. We were required to drive back to check out and deliver the key. We left a day early

The property itself is fine - security on site, multiple pools, friendly bartender and music playing at the pool bar, fast elevators, steps away from the beach, locked parking garage for guests only, pizza place attached, etc. The room - not so much. Our door lock was broken upon arrival. It REEKED of cigarette smoke. The room was dirty. There was a children's juice box sitting right on the couch when we walked in. There was someone else's hair in the kitchen sink. The check in office is located almost 15 minutes away so we called all the different numbers listed and no one picked up, so we had to drive all the way back to the office to have them address the problems. We tried asking for a different room due to the issues but immediately was told no without even given a chance to be heard. The man at the desk just walked away from us from in the middle of talking and told us he'd send a locksmith and a re-clean service. The lock was fixed, but no one ever came to re-clean. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, hard as a rock and super noisy. The couch had stains on it and looked very dirty/old/worn. Wouldn't stay again.

The room was dirty, the stove was rusty, the coffee pot had no pot, had plastic silverware, the furniture looked like it came from a thrift store. nothing matched. the table rocked they had pieces of paper under the legs so it wouldn't rock but they didn't help. the pull-out bed was like sleeping on rocks that were going to fall apart at any time. if you moved on it you were afraid you would fall out. the air conditioner leaked all over the balcony, so you had to sit in water when you were out on the balcony, then you had to keep a mop by the door so that when you came in you had to mop up after yourself so that you didn't slip and fall on the water. The outside facilities were beautiful. the pools and the hot tub and the bar area were very nice. I found out later that each condo is owned separately and rented out separately. that Elliot rentals is the slum lords of the facility. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!! at this facility of any of their other facilities. I should have known when our welcome gift was a coupon book and a roll of toilet paper. also, the parking garage is 2 blocks away. they say it is across the street, but it is not, it is across the street and behind the other hotel. NO shuttle service to get there for us old people who have trouble walking, but their security has a golf cart to take them around. No one at the front desk to talk to. I will never Use Elliot Rentals again. The Bluewater Resort was nice, but you have to watch who you rent from.

The property was not cleaned. The pull out bed was broke and they never came to fix it and it was uncomfortable to sleep in. I sent pictures of the nasty sheets to the email and they brought some new sheets. Worse experience. I should’ve gotten a partial refund. Nobody ever followed up.
