"All staffs are excellent guest services. The restaurants are very good foods. The only thing that I don’t like is the customers front desk are not friendly and when I asked for 1 hour late check out she said no. Most hotel they will help 1 or 3 hours late check out because of the emergency meeting or event of the guests "
"This property is fire. It’s definitely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The service was impeccable. The staffs were amazing, courteous and helpful. The dining was great especially complimentary breakfast was to die for, so many options and food choices. The Infiniti pool was really nice. The rooms we’ve paid for was amazing and worth the price. So many many wonderful things about this hotel. We will definitely visit again and next time it’ll be for more than 4 nights. "

"It was a pleasant. Bed was a bit hard bit after a day's tour, we also slept like a log. Suggest they should put memory foam to make it more comfortable. Also, the bathroom, they should also put an anti slip mat to prevent slipping. And the shower is too high and cannot be adjusted. Phuc Long Luxury Hotel is well located fronting the beach. And lots of restaurants nearby. They also gave a free bar one time."
