"Access to courtyard would have been a plus."

"Very nice property. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I have to eat gluten free and was thankful to have several gluten free breakfast options."

"This is our 4th time staying here and we used to love it. It’s a great location and the amenities are great. They have an indoor pool that’s heated, a decent gym and a great restaurant. We had problems last year with the staff/hotel and we did again this year. The 1st problem was they would not let us use any of the facilities until we were checked it. I’ve never seen this policy before in a hotel. We were hoping to use the gym until the room was ready and they would not let us. When we finally...

"Nice room, spacious"

"Good for a night"

"One of the best hotel breakfasts we've had and the hotel was immaculately clean!"

"We have stayed here a few times and like the rooms and staff. My only gripe is the noisy traffic out front 24-7, especially truck traffic. If you din’t get a room in the back you will curse the traffic noise."

"The rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster are very spacious. However it could have used some dusting. Location was very convenient for Sight and Sound theatre. Very quiet location and very close to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay there again."

"The carpet in the room needed cleaning but overall it was a good stay"

"The room was ok but I had to change rooms. The first room the air conditioner was making a noise and the attendant went to check it out and the entire front panel fell off. The 2nd room the curtain was hanging off and the water pressure was extremely slow. I had to change rooms twice. There was renovation going on so the fire alarm kept going off. It was supposed to be continental breakfast but not sure if that actually happened with the renovation going on. For the rate I paid, it should have...

"- The room was spacious and clean. -The desk clerk wasn’t very helpful. I have reservations through expedia for 2 rooms under one reservation number. My brother had checked-in earlier and got their room. When we got there after 7pm after over 3hours of driving through the storm and almost getting T-boned in an intersection near the hotel, she tells us we don’t have a room. I had to show her my reservations for two rooms. - There were a lot of doors to get inside the building. The desk clerk...
