"Beautiful old manor house converted to a small hotel. The property and surroundings are lovely. The location is good especially with the shuttle into the town of NOTL. The rooms are just a little dated. The staff are excellent."

"We were booked into the accessible room on the first floor. Unfortunately, every time the person in the room above us ran water or flushed the toilet we heard loud noises of running water. This went on the entire time we were there, including four or five times during the night which woke us up. The guest above us was moving around around loudly until at least 2:30 in the morning, They kept dropping things on the floor so as a result, we did not have a good sleep. "Good location, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Nice breakfast in the morning. Our only issue was that Expedia quoted the price in USD (since I live in the US) and a few days prior to check in, past the point of free cancellation, the owner messaged me to say they only accept cash and checks and they insisted on a 1.2% exchange rate (even though the current exchange rate is 1.4%) making the cost quite a bit more than I was expecting."

"The accommodations and hospitality at the Old Ivy Walk were exceptional in all ways. Besides offering the perfect location with hard to find off street parking, Phillip was the perfect host. He provided us with helpful recommendations and delicious, in room, breakfast boxes filled with homemade egg dishes, fruit, juices, yogurts, and bakery! If for no other reason,- I would return for scones and the lemon biscotti!"

"Absolutely beautiful, the only thing that we did not like was how big the outside porch was. We sat out anyways. Also when I wet to iron my dress, I pressed the steam button and rust came out it did ruin my dress. The iron looked new. So who would have known. Everything else was picture perfect. I’m so glad I found this place. Would highly recommend it"

"Very clean property and amazing staff. The room felt rustic but very well maintained. There is some noise that could be heard from other guests, but this was expected for the type of property. The property is in a very quiet area with minimal traffic, and some great views a short walk away. Be aware that there is little to no dining or shopping in Queenston, so we had to travel elsewhere for amenities."

"The Sterling was a great hotel choice for our brief Niagara Falls visit. Its location is walking distance to Clifton Hill area but far enough away to be substantially quieter. The standout was the staff - our room was upgraded, and they delivered our breakfast extra early for a 7:30 am tour. The breakfast was delicious! A few minor things might need a bit of updating but we would stay here again if we ever came back to the area."
