"Everything was fine, I especially liked the heating system, which was so quiet and very accurately with temperature. Staff was wonderful. The furniture is scratched in places and one of the chairs had a lot of vinyl patches coming off. Overall, a good stay."

"nice and clean"

"Well situated in Armory Square and the staff is terrific. Very friendly and helpful. The area has museums, restaurants, coffee shops, etc all within walking was distance. Breakfast buffet was decent"

"Staff was knowledgeable of the area and activities going on. Service with the room was excellent . Friendly atmosphere over all."

"Friendly staff and a very clean hotel and rooms. Great location, less than 10 minutes from Destiny mall. Would stay there again anytime."

"Room, service, personal, and excellent quality in restaurants."

"Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too."

"Room condition was poor."

"ห้องพักกว้างสะอาด แต่ เก่า พนักงานสุภาพ ช่วยเหลือดี"

"The property was very clean and well maintained and the service was excellent as well. But the hotel took advantage of the Syracuse University event to charge an outrageous $600/ night price for the room compared I have some yeah"

"My only complaint was the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor."
