I found the service inconsistent: some staff were very friendly and attentive and others looked bothered by our requests. Similarly some rooms were clean and others clearly hadn’t been properly sanitized. The breakfast was excellent."

"Lovely large room and large bed in the historic centre. Very helpful staff! If you’re driving, recommend hiring a smaller car to navigate the smaller streets and the nearby car park building. Would love to start again and for a longer time."

Very convenient location to old city. Bit tricky to find entry: if you are across from yellow theatre lounge bar and beside pastry shop look up at terrace just above you. Go up the alley a few steps and through metal gateway then on through metal trellised gateway. A few steep steps. Worth finding. Unfortunately...

"Location was convenient to walk to the old city stores and restaurants, however looking out of the window in the room was a junkyard, scrap metal and other debris The bathroom was fabulous with very modern fixtures. The electric lock system was wonderful not having a physical key was great "

"What a gem we found in Murum Boutique rooms! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful before, during and after our stay. The room was large and comfortable and had everything that we needed. "My stay was just okay in part because the hotel and I had a dispute about being overcharged. I am partly to blame as well as Expedia but let’s just say no kindness was shown to me. The hotel room was very cute but small (nice amenities including a robe and slippers). The bathroom did not have a curtain on the window which was odd and the door handle pulled out when shutting.
