"Great place"

"Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared to be single-sized. Overall, the experience fell short due to disorganization, lack of communication, and room quality."

"I stayed here three days in total, 2 of which was part of a WeRoad trip and 1 night on my own accord. The location is perfect and the price is very reasonable and good value for money. The breakfast is a good way to start your day. More importantly, all the staff are brilliant and helpful, they are the reason i booked an extra night here. When i come back to Tashkent i would 100% book here. P.s. In Uzbekistan, Manchester is always red! :) "
