"Ardoe House is a beautiful property, very much in keeping with it's history as a baronial mansion. The decor is lavish and made us all feel very posh! The rooms are very well appointed and clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had in our two weeks of travel, and the dining options were great. "A cosy small family run hotel and restaurant on the coast with great views. Plenty of onsite parking, warm welcome on arrival. Room was spacious and comfortable with a sea view. Both the evening meal and breakfast are delicious with a good selection of food and drink. Can highly recommend dining here. Thank you especially Angie the morning breakfast server. "The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. We arrived late due to the snow delaying us with blocked roads, and detours. The restaurant had closed, but they opened it up for us. The fish and chips were great. Great full Scottish breakfast set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again if up that way. The staff are very friendly and could not do enough to help. "
