"Pedi toalhas na recepção porque tinha um vazamento de água no meu quarto e utilizei a toalha pra aparar a água, o chuveiro alagava o quarto e não me trouxeram a toalha depois de pedir por 3 vezes, saí sem tomar banho. No checking nada amigável ! Não voltaria . "

"A gentileza dos funcionários são o destaque, todos excelentes, o café da manha também muito bom. Mas estão em obras, barulho durante o dia, internet da TV péssima e ar condicionado pingando na cama, tivemos que trocar de quarto, garagem própria que cobram R$35 a diária sem manobrista."

"Terrible mattress. I had to use the duvet under the bedsheets to be able to sleep. I could feel the springs. Also the room was facing the lift and every one coming late or leaving early was talking outside but seems they were inside our room."

"Good value for the price. Quite basic apartment but it has all the essentials. It’s clean, has a good bed, proper bathroom with good water pressure, and airconditioning. Smoke detector was lacking so I recommend you to bring your own. "

"Clogged sink, stinky room: extra heavy chemical fragrances trying to disguise the horrible sewage odors emerging from the bathroom. Double that with extremely heavy chemically scented bedsheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was absolutely miserable. The scrambled eggs were a greasy fluid smelling like chicken (yikes!)"

"Room is outdated. Mold in bathroom. Ceiling texture was falling. Towel rack was also falling. Towels were dingy and old. On the other hand, room and hotel common areas were clean. Staff was pleasant and polite. This is absolutely NOT a 4 stars hotel. This place felt more like a glorified motel or Inn rather than a 4 stars. "

"Excelente localização, perto de ruas comerciais, praças e supermercados. A equipe do hotel é super solicita e educada. Limpeza dos quartos merecem um pouco mais de carinho. O quarto tinha lençol sujo, cabelos no chão e banheiro claramente não foi higienizado - só retiraram o lixo. As toalhas tem mal cheiro, como se secassem a sombra. O café da manhã é bom. Pouco diversificado, mas de boa qualidade. A equipe não dá conta de repor os itens. Muitas bandejas ficam vazias por bastante tempo, acaba o leite, acabam os pães e não repõe. Foi assim nos 5 dias de estadia. O quarto é confortável e bem aconchegante. O estacionamento é bem apertado e poucas vagas. Mas nos atendeu perfeitamente."
