"The room was great and clean. The first night there was a situation with the Shakira concert people testing their sound system the night before her concert and it was insanely loud and playing the same one Ed Sheeran song over and over and over. i called down to the front desk to find out if anything could be done and they were quite rude. My husband walked down the road and talked to the crew and it was fine after that. I thought if you don't put any notice outside your door, the maid still comes, but I guess I was wrong. :-( "

"Room clean nice.The bedding so stiff. The bed was the hardest I have ever been on. Very uncomfortable sleeps. The pillows are something I have never slept on before , over 10lbs in weight hard as a rock , leaving your neck very very sore.. The air was so dry , no air control Front desk staff were helpful and kind, I left after five days very sore. The hotel staff restaurant, especially Freddie and Francisco, were absolutely a joy and very attentive. The location was great"

"I stayed at Hotel More by Kavia for one week, a brand new property I booked without knowing exactly what to expect, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are stunning, fresh, and beautifully designed. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully put together. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities are high quality, and the overall aesthetic is modern yet warm. The location next to the Monument feels very central. I was able to walk almost everywhere, and Ubers were always just minutes away. It made exploring the city effortless. The staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. They made the stay feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. Most importantly, I felt extremely safe throughout my stay, which made a huge difference as a traveler. They’ve done a beautiful job with this hotel, and I absolutely plan to stay here again when I return to Mexico City ❤️"
