"I had booked a 3-night stay for my whole family (6 people) at Cairo Capital Hotel. Upon arrival, we found out that the hotel was under renovation. Fortunately, the management took care of everything and transferred us to Tahrir Plaza Suites.
It turned out to be a great experience:
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, perfect for a large family like ours.

"This I hostel is amazing for a budget stay: location is great (walking distance from tahrir square, metro is in the heart of Cairo. There are multiple supermarkets and stores nearby, the view is nice, speciay from the balcony of the communal room. The staff are really friendly, room was clean and tidy.
