"Wonderful, beautiful, amazing. Einfach nur toll dieses altehrwürdige Luxushotel. Stilvolle, liebevolle Einrichtung mit herrlichem hoteleigenen Park. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch der zum Hotel gehörende Lido direkt am Luganer See. Sehr, sehr empfehelnswert"

Hotellet är nyrenoverat men till en något billigare standard, dock så är engagemanget från personalen det som lyfter upp vistelsen.

"Loved the waterfront property! Beautiful terrace for breakfast and dinner. Pool right on lakefront. Paddle-boarded right from hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. 10 minutes walk along lake to park and downtown. "
"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "
"We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance.
We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. While there’s no dedicated parking, we were able to find parking nearby without too much trouble.

"Hotel Petalozzi was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The rooms were large, modern and well appointed. It was very hot and humid when we arrived so we were very thankful for the air conditioning! The hotel is close to everything yet not directly in center which is nice. The staff was friendly and efficient."
