Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!

We had a great time at this resort. Arrived by car and found easy valet parking. The hotel is right on Lake Lugano and our room had a very nice view of the lake and the pool. We enjoyed a swim and went to the spa twice for some of the best massages we’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful. 15 minute drive to the town of Como. Excellent stay.

This is a wonderful, modern but utterly luxurious hotel looking out onto Lake Lugano. It is a little out of the city, but there is a regular courtesy shuttle to and from Lugano so you really get the best of both worlds. Every aspect of the fit out of the hotel has been done to the highest standard and the spa facilities are exceptional. The restaurant for dinner is fabulous and the breakfast has a buffet but we (and from what we could see most other guests) relied more on the choices cooked to order. The pool looks out onto the lake and the sunbeds are sumptuous, with huge sunshades for those that need them. We are definitely coming back!

This is a beautiful luxury resort directly on Lake Lugano with some of the most spectacular views of the lake. The rooms are exquisitely done. The staff was fantastic.

Absolutely stunning hotel and I’m so glad I found it. All the good parts - the hotel room was stunning, we had a beautiful view of the pool and the lake, the room was comfortable and included all the toiletries you would need expect and a bit more. The spa had some wonderful facilities, we enjoyed massage chairs, a salt room, an infra red sauna as well as the standard sauna and steam room. The jacuzzi was nice but not so warm and didn’t bubble too much but that didn’t matter as everything else was perfect. We had a couple of rainy days here so this spa came in useful to pass some of that time. The hotel itself was unbelievable - contemporary beauty overlooking Lake Lugano. The lounge area had wonderful relaxed seating - perfect for us as we played chess on our last day whilst waiting to depart. The staff were more than accommodating. The stay included a complimentary continental breakfast which was ample and you could order extras if you wished. We didn’t but only because we were up and out most days to head off and explore. The dinner menu offerd during our stay for not reflect the online menu and I found it was limited and expensive - 80 Swiss Francs for pasta plus a starter and desert seemed over priced. The location of the hotel was super regarding the Lake, however once you’re out of the hotel, there were very few places to eat or drink that would align if you were looking for 4-5 star restaurants and wine bars. The area was very quiet and limited.

Tout était parfait, le personnel est vraiment à notre écoute et disposition, les messieurs de la piscine sont vraiment d'une grande gentillesse et serviables, le restaurant propose vraiment de très bons plats, et le cadre est juste magnifique pour un moment de détente et plaisir. Nous avons apprécié la chambre, sa propreté et ses nombreux atouts (nombreux savons et shampoings, enceintes connectés, table avec fruits frais). Nous avons particulièrement aimé le spa et le petit déjeuner avec dans les deux cas un personnel irréprochable et attentif. Cependant le reste du personnel n'était pas au niveau pour un 5* surtout pour le prix que l'on paye (manque de sourire et d'engouement, professionnels mais nous avons eu l'impression qu'ils n'étaient pas heureux de travailler). Le manque de fer à repasser et planche à repasser sont aussi des points à améliorer. Nous sommes venus pour fêter nos fiançailles et nous n'avons pas trouvé cette expérience à la hauteur de cette occasion, d'autant plus que l'hôtel s'appelle "la romantica". La chambre vue sur le lac était en réalité cachée par une partie surélevée sur le balcon qui gacahit une partie de la vue (même si la vue sur le lac reste très beau).
