무스카트 중심에서 약간 벗어난 곳이여서, 운전 및 주차는 쉬운편임. 아울러 인근에 슈퍼마켓 및 간단히 먹을 곳이 있어, 로컬여행 경험이 목적이면 괜찮음.

Outstanding Customer Service!

Outstanding customer service! Marje and the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and help me out with all my travel plans. Very hospitable! It was a pleasure to stay with them. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel loin du centre Nous sommes arrivees a 2h du matin et beaucoup de bruit ( party , alcool...) La douche ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait des fuites La clim fait beaucoup de bruit Heureusement nous etions fatigués et nous sommes restes une nuit pour dormir Bien trop chère pour ce que c est A éviter !!!

Very friendly staff

Staff were very attentive and friendly. The cooked to order breakfast was also timely and delicious. An excellent choice for a hotel stay.

Nous étions logées dans un appartement 2 chambres. Chambres très spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Le seul point faible est la literie... assez dure cependant ayant été dans d'autres hôtels nous avons constaté que c'était le même problème. Autre point négatif, il y a 1 cuisine mais pas de quoi cuisiner. Pour le reste, personnel très sympathique, au petit soin. Hôtel à recommander

We had a one bedroom apartment here. The apartment was large and well equipped. It was fairly clean. The restaurant was very humble. The breakfast buffet is only served when they have a full house. There are no proper restaurants nearby, but a very good, very very simple grilled chicken place about 200 meters from the hotel.

Value for Money

Although slightly out of the way the service and smiles make up for that in spades. The staff are happy and eager to serve. Rooms are roomy and building is well kept. An though clean and well served the restaurant is limited Expect that you may need to go out for meals too. Loverly deep clean pool. It's real value. I would use it again.

Clean, convenient and great value

Great experience. Front desk reps were very nice and accommodating. Initially I was checked in a non-smoking room that smelled smoke, but they quickly transferred me to another room. Cons: bed could have been a little softer.

Good hotel -nice surprise

the apartment was much more spacious than expected and quite nice. the broken shower head and no curtain in the bathroom didnt spoil our holiday. I would stay there again but it is not 5 star. Apart from that, it was a nice surprise and the service was good so no reason to complain.

overrated hotel

we rented a 2 bedroom apartment and we checked in late. we got to the room to discover that it was on top of the kitchen and so the vents from the kitchen would come on and the room would start shaking. We complained to the staff and they turned it off. But at mid-night the vents went back on and the room started vibrating again, our daughter woke up screaming. So complained again and they turned it off again. The shower had no curtain so whenever someone took a shower the bathroom would flood with water. There was no sitting room! for a two bedroom apartment in a 4-star hotel you would expect to get a sitting room but no they just gave 2 bedrooms and that was it. we had asked for a different room but they didn't move us. On top of all that their WIFI did not work. so one of the worst hotels listed on Expedia that we have experienced as the rating definitely does not match reality

Good rooms for family

Nice and clean hotel. Appart type room were a good size. Mattress very hard but it did not bother me. Good deep pool on the roof. Food in the restaurant tastes very bad, even breakfast. It really, really needs to be improved. If you are on foot, you will need taxi to go everywhere. In car, very convenient, plenty of parking.

Familienreise zu viert / Family Trip 4 Pers

4 Nächte vom 18. - 22. Okt. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen ohne Navi war etwas schwierig das Hotel am ersten Nacht zu finden aber es hat geklappt. Das Hotel war schön sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten ein Tagestour über's Hotel gebucht Wadi Bani Khaled und die Wüste war nicht billig aber Klasse. Danke an Hatim. Spent 4 nights from 18th - 22nd Oct. at the hotel, had our own car rental, unfortunately without GPS, so it wasn't easy to find the hotel on the first night but we did. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. We booked a day trip to Wadi Bani Khaled and the desert. Wasn't cheap but was very good. Thanks to Hatim.

My first visit to OMAN and the Pioneer......

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment. No stove, hot plate only. The refrigerator was a mini, not full size and was placed in one of the bedrooms not in the kitchen. Kitchen not fully equipped, must ask for most items, like cookware and dishes . The 2 bedroom apartments are not all the same. I received one of the smaller units,room #360. Other units had different layouts, creating a roomier feeling. Location is a bit out of the way, you will need a car. Not much to see or do within walking distance. Got what I paid for. Would recommend, would use them again.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal

Das Hotel (und Zimmer) war sehr sauber, das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzig negative Punkt war, dass der Hotelpool von einheimischen Kindern lautstark belegt wurde, d.h. eine Nutzung war somit nicht oder nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich.

Clean and well-run hotel

I stayed at the Pioneer Hotel Apartments during a business trip to Muscat. The staff were very helpful and I used their driver service for trips to the airport and the conference venue albeit at a slight cost. The hotel location was good for the conference. However, it is a little far from Muscat's main sights.

Prestation haut de gamme à tarif abordable

Je suis resté deux jours dans cet hôtel. J'ai séjourné dans un appartement avec une chambre, un salon, et une cuisine, ainsi que deux salles de bain. L'appartement est très confortable. Les pièces sont grandes avec de hauts plafonds. La décoration est neuve, très soignée, pour ne pas dire cossue et luxueuse, avec un cachet oriental. J'ai beaucoup aimé. L'accueil et le service sont excellents. Ce n'est pas juste une chambre d'hôtel mais un lieu où on pourrait vivre avec plaisir. Au global, superbe rapport qualité prix. Les points négatifs sont les suivants: - À part le minimum vital de vaisselle, la cuisine n'est pas équipée, mais si on demande, ils ont de l'équipement en stock apparemment. Il y a quand même un petit frigo dans le salon. - La nourriture au room service est moyenne, en tout cas pour ce que j'ai demandé. En contrepartie, c'est très abordable. - Voiture ou taxi impératif, car un peu en dehors de tout, mais de toute façon à Muscat, c'est difficile de faire autrement. Par contre je trouve le quartier plutôt sympa et calme.
