The convenience of being just off the highway that we use to get to Murray and then on down to Paris, TN. We also appreciate the cost compared to other motels in the immediate area.

Our room was clean, staff was very friendly. The shower need something to prevent a fall due to it is very slick. Hotel could upgrade it's ability to handicaps for a lower room. My husband and I both have back issues and had to pull luggage up stairs due to no lower rooms available. The reason was they were dirty after construction crews left for weekend and would not be clean until the next day. We were there to check in at 4:00 pm. The front desk clerk apologized many times and even offered to take our luggage up stairs.

Our room was great and very clean. The front desk staff was terrific and check in was a breeze. The breakfast was very good with many selections and the attendant was amazing as well as all the staff.

Very friendly
I can't say enough good things about the staff here. they were so friendly and helpful. The room we booked though, was a little dark and definitely had the smell of cigarette smoke.

The woman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. We were in town for family weekend and had a great experience at the hotel. It was conveniently located near Murray State University and easy to get in and out of! It was not fancy but it was great!

Once checked in, we “attempted” to get settled into our room, but our key cards would not work to unlock the door. Upon talking to the staff, they were unable to fix the issue due to a software upgrade and were told we would have to contact the front desk any time we needed to access our room and high we did for the next 2 days. There was no smoke detector in the room, rooms looked NOTHING like the pictures online and the pool was unable to be used after dark because the lights didn’t work. There was also a strange white powder in the drawers, on top of the dresser and under the dresser. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!

I arrived to a scene in which a front desk employee was being rude and argumentative to a guest who was wanting to cancel due to a door lock issue. That immediately set me on guard. Another employee was able to step in and help the guest. My door cards never did work and I had to call to be let in my room each time I came back. My toilet had black flakes around the edge of the bowl and the toilet ran constantly. That was fixed by maintenance. The bed pillows were tiny squares. The room was clean which I appreciate. The key issue is absolutely unacceptable and quite frankly should warrant a partial refund. Initially, I wasn't even told my keys may not work even though the entire motel was having issues with key cards not working. I was a single woman waiting at 11 PM to be let back into my room after a call to let me in had to be made. Every guest dealing with this issue should have been given a partial refund immediately. I would have left but I was in town for a college event and did not have time to deal with the issue.

Do not waste your time or money. Rooms out dated and musty! Ceiling was peeling. Dirty floors and had to go buy Lysol to spray the room and beds!!

Stay away!
Bathroom smelled. Fruit flys in bathroom. Filthy office chair at desk. Refrigerator didn’t work. Had to have a special feel to get the key card to work.

Fairly traditional motel. Well-kept property inside and out. Our rooms were clean but could have used a better vacuuming. Great breakfast each morning. Most outstanding was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff.

Nice and quiet hotel, not really accessible to parking area to and from the room. Multi-level sidewalk and a walk to room with luggage is difficult in the rain especially.

The ac in the room barely worked. It did not cool the room at all, but it made lots of noise. The tv did not work, no signal. Tried the room phone to call the front desk and it did not work. Called on my cell phone and told the guy working the desk and he said maintenance was off, he said let me check something and I will get right back to you. Never heard from him. The carpeting was stained but relatively clean, there were some spots on the walls that needed paint.
