Such a good place for a large family. We had six people and the room were spacious and very comfortable. Great location we would definitely come back here again

We booked a four bed room and it was the largest we had in all our travels. Two full beds and two twin bunks over them. This left room for a couch and table - which made relaxing and sharing time with the family enjoyable. It had laundry in room - which was very useful. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is along the river and between two metro stops - four minute walk to either. We could walk to some shrines and areas of attraction (20 minutes) and easily got around to everything we wanted to see in Kyoto using metro and bus. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which we loved. Highly recommend.
