"We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. The front desk staff spoke good English. The hotel faces a market and night market and is walkable to the city centre if you feel adventurous. Quite a distance to walk to halal restaurants but grab car/taxi is readily available. Loved our stay there. It exceeded all expectations! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!"

"The room was clean, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Except that a foul smell coming out of the elevator from the ground is very annoying. We were thinking it’s coming from the outside of the hotel’s sewage system. But all in all, our stay was really pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast is super! Definitely one of my favorite part of the stay."

"JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. "Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has been the highlight of our trip to Sapa. It truly has been an immersive experience in the beautiful and peaceful countryside. The bungalow style suites consisted of comfortable, cozy beds and bedding which includes all the necessities that any hotels can offer. The suite felt like an haven of relaxation and provided us with great privacy. We particularly enjoyed waking up and sitting on the porch overlooking the views while sipping on coffee each morning or reading a book midday. The property itself is adorned with traditional wooded panels and lamps. It was also a treat to see and spend time with the country animals roaming around the area each day. The home cooked meals prepared by the host were also so deliciously made and generous in portion. My partner and I felt it tasted far better than many of the meals we tried at the restaurants in town. Above all, the host and his family were so lovely and kind. They are so dedicated in their craft and maintaining their property as great hosts. Our stay at Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has made a lasting memory. It was such a calming and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We highly recommend for anyone who's looking to escape from the crowdedness of the town and recharge in a calming and traditional atmosphere that Sapa has to offer under the care of such wonderful hosts! "Absolutely amazing views, and such a comfy room. We had an electric blanket and a heater. We opted for the room with the bath tub and it was so cozy!!! You have to bear in mind this budget luxury and not everything is perfect in terms of appearance but it was still such a love lovely hotel. It included a great breakfast, moped rental, laundry service and even excursion. I could not recommend this place more!!!!"
