"The room was clean and comfortable. The small kitchen helped with some in room meals. Close to a main public transportation station to get around Amsterdam and the other areas in Netherlands. The staff were very helpful and courteous."

"What we like the most about this hotel is the size of the room, it’s generous size if comparing with other 3 stars hotels. Location wise is brilliant and in walking distance approx 15-18mins to those canals (if you like to walk). But what I dislike this hotel is the house keeping services that they don’t provide room cleaning daily, house keepers only came to clean the toilets and changed the fresh towels daily. However, I still recommend to stay here if you visit Amsterdam."

"I loved the hotel but was given the wrong information about transit from the Amsterdam Train station. Getting there the 1st day was terrible -had to walk a long way - when we did finally get there the hotel staff informed us there was a bus within a 5 minute walk - we took the free ferry (in front of the train station) then caught a bus #38 (there are 2 different #38 buses - the bus #38 we took to the hotel also had a name that started with b on it. Sorry I can’t remember the spelling but...

"Our bedroom was beautifully decorated-gorgeous colours, textures and fabrics. Bathroom was immaculate with lovely complimentary products. The whole hotel was impeccably furnished - unique decor throughout. Staff were courteous and helpful. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Loved the cats!! Good choice of hot and cold complimentary drinks with a selection of biscuits and sweets. Highly recommend this hotel"
