Great Value Near Munich Airport

Excellent value! The room was rather spartan but comfortable, although not different from other German hotels. The beds were comfortable, and the everything was in good order. The hotel was generally very clean. I would definitely consider staying again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Paid parking was in a garage located underneath the hotel. The only issue was that it was difficult to find a place to park while checking in since the street is quite narrow and there is no place to pull over in front of the hotel. There is parking across the street, but during business hours it is full. WiFi was good. Munich airport was about a 20 minute drive from the hotel.

The information said there would be a person at the hotel to register me until 6 p.m. I arrived at 5 p.m. and no one was there. Fortunately the machined worked fine to let me in. Also, there was no air conditioning so we were hot. We left the windows open at night to try to cool down and had to put up with lots of noise out on the street in front of our room. Difficult night with not a lot of sleep.

Sehr praktische Unterkunft für die Nähe zum Flughafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den Innenhof, das war sehr schön ruhig (das restaurant daneben hatte geschlossen)

Sehr gemütliches kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend mit frischen Zutaten. Die Besitzerin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat mich an meine Oma erinnert. In einen Hotel ist man gewöhnlich nur zur Übernachtung und zum Frühstück. Was will man mehr.

Basic hotel room

We stayed at this hotel mostly because it was near the Munich Airport, and we had an early flight from Munich to Brussels the next morning. Everything was fine with the room, but it's really basic. There was no elevator, so parking in the basement and room on 1st floor meant 2 flights of steps with the luggage.

We only stayed one night in this lovely little place. The room was large and very clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. In fact, we forgot our wallet at the desk and she ran up stairs to give it to us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Quaint - off the beaten path

We booked this hotel on the recommendation of Orbitz as being close to the Munich international airport. Not exactly correct. Hotel does not have an elevator and none of the rooms are on the main floor. Our room was very small, and there were basically no amenities - no coffee pot, no refrigerator. Also if you want to cancel your reservation, it must be done at least 7 days prior to your stay otherwise you are charged 80% of the room rate. One good comment, breakfast is free and they have excellent choices. There is a beautiful old church across the street.

Quaint and very European. Room lacked amenities

Authentic little hotel near the Munich Airport. It worked out well for us as a last minute booking the night before our flight home, and the employees were extremely nice and accommodating. My lower rating has all to do with price. We had a cramped 3rd floor room - very small. No coffee maker in the room and the TV was microscopic. No lift, so we had to drag our heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. I feel this hotel is too expensive for what you get.

Comfortable hotel with free Wifi

We stayed one night before catching a flight from Munich Airport. Convenient to airport by taxi. Walked to a fairly close German restaurant for dinner. Left early in the morning, so did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast.

Close to airport

Hotel is close to Munich airport, a taxi costs about 30 Euro, bus about 4 Euro. There is an excellent beer garden right next door. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, level of English is good. The breakfast is a good deal, standard continental. The room we had was very clean and new, beds are comfortable. No A/C, which is typical for Bavaria, it's not usually that hot.
