lovely hotel! loved the fact the u-bahn was a couple of minutes away from the hotel, there’s a lidl and DM nearby if you’ve forgotten some things like we did. staff were very helpful in lending my mum a charger in the few days we stayed in Munich. definitely recommend!

Leider ist die Hotel eigene Tiefgarage im Moment nicht nutzbar, und man muss mit dem Fahrzeug in der Umgebung parken. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich vorher nicht gebucht. Mein Fahrzeug wurde dann in der Nacht auch beschädigt, und der Scheibenwischer abgerissen

Buon hotel, un po’ datato ma confortevole. Personale molto gentile, buona la posizione per visitare la città (la metro è a due passi), ottima la colazione (varia ed abbondante). Unica nota stonata l’acqua della piscina fredda.

Terrible front desk staff I checked in on 12/30/2023 and arrived at the hotel almost 6-7pm after dark. The two front desk women on duty at the time had a terrible and creepy attitude. Because I didn't hear one of their questions in time to reply to them, they acted very impatient, scoffed, and kept looking at each other in an unkind way. What was even weirder was when I got into the elevator, one of the front desk ladies followed me in, she stood in front of the elevator door, normally people turn their backs to other people in that position, but she turned to face me on purpose and kept staring at me in a creepy way, when I looked at her she said do you need more towels for your room? I haven't even gotten into the room yet how do I know about the towels? So I replied I don't know and she said I'll bring you towels to the room later...... Of course, I didn't see any of the "towels" she took to me after that. In addition to the terrible service staff, the management of this hotel is extremely poor. They only texted me after booking to inform me that the parking lot and gym were broken, and even the room of 4 people that I had booked was no longer available and I was given 2 separate rooms instead. I've been to probably 10 countries and stayed in many hotels and this hotel is definitely one of the worst.

Sauna, Fitnessraum und Tiefgarage funktionierten nicht. Laut Google Rezessionen geht die Sauna schon seit Monaten nicht mehr. Wäre ich beim Check-in darauf hingewiesen worden, das ich nicht Wellness machen kann. Hatte ich mir die ca. 90€ Stornogebühren sparen können. Expedia versprach mir wenigstens einen 20€ Gutschein. Unterm Strich, viel Ärger und viel Geld für 30 Minuten auf dem Zimmer

2 Tage vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Gym umgebaut wird und nicht zur Verfügung steht. Da war lediglich mein 19 jähriger Sohn sauer. 1 Tag vor Anreise wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass das hoteleigene Parkhaus nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Entscheidend für die Buchung war, dass unser Auto an Silvester geschützt in einer Garage steht. Beim Einchecken wurde uns dann noch mitgeteilt, dass die Sauna schon länger defekt sei. Wir hatten extra das Hotel mit Sauna und Schwimmbad gebucht (welches teurer war wie unser Stamm/ Lieblingshotel Amper in Gemering), da wir zum Jahresende ausspannen wollten, ein paar Saunagänge machen und im Schwimmbad ausspannen wollten bzw. die Seele einfach baumeln lassen. Wir waren total enttäuscht! Leider konnten wir kurzfristig kein anderes, bezahlbares Hotel mit Sauna und Schwimmbad für 4 Personen finden, sonst wären wir direkt wieder ausgeheckt. Wir haben zu Hause ein Haus mit Garten, zwei Kinder(19 und13 Jahre), gehen beide arbeiten und haben uns wirklich so sehr auf das erste mal Silvester in München in einem bezahlbaren Hotel zu Viert mit Sauna und Schwimmbad im Winter gefreut und dann sowas. Mit Fahrkosten, Hotel, Essen usw. Hat uns der Trip vom 30.12. bis 01.01.24 ca. 1000 Euro gekostet. Toll👎
