Good value and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay in this fashionable, no-frills modern hotel. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Place is great. No frills but perfectly located next to the subway (UBahn *and* SBahn). Decent breakfast buffet, clean, and very helpful staff. Thank you — will definitely stay there again if I can.

The hotel is in a great location if you are needing to take the subway. The staff greeted us warmly and were accommodating. We had a drink and dessert in the bar, all of which were good. The bar/lounge seemed be busy quite often in the evening. The rooms were clean. Nothing fancy which is understandable at this price point. The beds were good enough but I wouldn’t use the word comfortable. The shower is terrible. We had four separate rooms and all of them were the same. Water pressure is great. The problem is no shower door or raised edge at the floor to prevent water from going everywhere and it doesn’t drain fast enough to catch up. This must be a recurring issue because the floors have dips and bubbles in all bathrooms. Our door keys had to be reissued a few times as well as the wifi passwords which isn’t a huge deal just an inconvenience at the end of the day.

Easy access, great breakfast, nice staff.

Great service from the front desk. Great Breakfast, with replacement until the end. No rushing the guests to leave. Spacious Room, clean. Easy communication both to Airport to City Center. Few steps from the stop. Market just in front if needed. Highly recommended.

Hotel had HVAC off which isn’t unusual in Europe in September but our room was directly over outside bar area & was very warm with window closed so was forced to have open and listen to bar patrons until 1am each night. Shower also had 1/2 door which allowed a lot of water to get into bathroom

The location is in the middle of Munich city and the airport. 30 minutes to the airport. 20 minutes to the city. The facility is really great. Great breakfast. The only thing not satisfying was the way they keep the luggages. If you want, you can keep the luggage there. But the luggage keeping place is kind of unattended. Actually nobody cares. In my opinion, any stranger could steal the luggages. It's a quite open place.

I booked a queen size bed and was shocked when i saw two single beds and complained. The hotel staff told me they only had 2 single beds in all the rooms & shifted the blame to the Expedia site. I ended up sleeping on a single bed. Also, the weather was extremely hot last weekend and the room air conditioner didn't work. I opened the room window to allow some fresh air but the sounds coming from trains/vehicles didn't allow me to sleep. My experience was so terrible and didn't get value for the money paid

Would not recommend for longer stays.

Not enough space! With our suitcases open my bf and I had to climb over beds to get around the room. Barely any free space that’s not taken up by the beds or furniture. The room was clean however and it may have been okay for a short term stay 2-3 nights. It was so cold at night I could not sleep, temperature was below 40 degrees. The heater in the room was a set of metal bars in the bathroom that get hot and is supposed to heat the room somehow. It did absolutely nothing. I complained to the hotel receptionist and found out the hotel has a main heating system controlled aside from the in room heaters and it was currently not turned on!!! They finally ended up turning it on but I had already gotten sick and ended up being sick for the 2nd half of my trip. Room service was on top of it and came in and changed the sheets and towels every day so I loved that. The in hotel restaurant was absolutely lovely. Service and ambience was great, food was delicious every time. Breakfast buffet was decent, not as good as one we had at our hotel in Berlin.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider lief die Lüftung im Badezimmer fast ununterbrochen und verströmte einen extrem unangenehmen Abflussgeruch durchmischt mit Zigarettenrauch. Konnte unkompliziert das Zimmer wechseln. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider waren die verschiedenen Kaffeevarianten mit Milch kalt, da die Maschine die Milch nicht ausreichend erwärmte. Auch ein klassischer schwarzer Tee wäre schön gewesen. Feedback: Sehr bemühtes und freundliche Hotelsngestellte, bei der Ausstattung und beim Frühstück sind noch Luft nach oben.
