Essentially we stay in bedrooms that are arms distance apart looking into another’s room all glass- I felt constantly exposed even tho curtains who wants to be shut off to the beauty, its jus a cheap plan. "Great place to stay if you plan to be out all day. Staff are wonderful & so friendly. Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the single rooms. Luckily I had the family suite which had one. Worth noting that the juggalos are completely dark with minimal electrical lights, no windows. Just a shutter but if you open that all the cold air leaves the room. "Excellent location and the atmosphere. Staff was always helpful and supportive. Although we booked dinner throughout our stay but there was not much options there probably because of the small amount of people. Meat supply on American bbq dinner was issue controlled manner we had to wait long time to eat grilled meet and forced me to finish my dinner eary."

Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great "

The service was outstanding and friendly, the spa was excellent, the restaurant was superior food and service, the room was very nice, the pool also was very nice, and the setting was amazing. The jungle was peaceful, the monkeys were fun to watch from the outside gazebo. Very relaxing atmosphere, very elegant. A perfect trip."
