"The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel felt dated and underwhelming for a property presenting itself as a resort. The rooms were average, and the building itself feels very old with limited renovations. The pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel - very lumpy and uncomfortable, and definitely in need of replacement. Overall, I’d consider this more of a 3-star hotel experience than a true resort stay."

"This property was far more expensive than the quality you pay for in my opinion. The room was standard, the pool had broken ladders and the front desk lady kept telling people different times for breakfast hours. Best part is how close you are to the mall!"
