"Roaches in the room. Half of the lights didn't work. Took photos of the roaches and showed them the the front desk and manager and subsequently asked for a refund. They refused the refund because they said the room had been used. We walked in, sat bags on the bed, saw roaches, grabbed our bags and left."

"Clean and nice and dark to sleep"

"Liked nothing. Dirty and smelled like burnt grease. Room door was bent and loose. Toilet leaked sewage at the floor. Bed sagged was like sleeping in a bathtub. Ran out of hot water at 4 AM shower. Not worth it even if free. Should get a refund."

"The hotel did the job of a nights sleep. The room was clean but the whole hotel smells like a musty swimming pool and sound proofing is almost nonexistent."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ozark Inn and Suites! The property is very well-maintained, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation for being extremely responsive, courteous, and attentive to every need. What makes the experience even better is the excellent affordability without compromising on cleanliness, comfort, or service. It is truly a great value for money! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend...

"Good room, friendly staff, good breakfast"

"Hotel was very convenient, close to a variety of restaurants and close to the I40. Staff were very helpful."

"Clean rooms with good parking and great breakfast"

"Loved the large rooms and location. Breakfast options were great as well."

"Air conditioner is VERY loud, needs maintenance. Noise from above floor, heavy steps ALOT. Bathtub drain super slow, had to stand in water while showering. Bathroom it self is dark, only light was from behind new mirror. Backdoor to hotel was left unlocked all the time, people come in and out at will."

"We will definitely be staying there again! It was very quiet and exactly as described."

"Good property....India owned of course."
