There has been a change in management since we were last here, and the current manager & partner were busy decorating the rooms. They have a lot to do, but are clearly working hard on it. "Stayed one night . Reception staff really helpful . Staff in the dining area were good both in the evening dining and breakfast. Good choice for breakfast . Room was clean and the bathroom also. Parking at the hotel very convenient as we used the park and ride to Norwich town centre which was located close to the hotel . Overall very pleased with our stay ."

"Had an enjoyable stay at the Plough,our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent !! Sunday carvery was nice,plenty of good food and good value.Breakfast was ok maybe could do with a little improvement but the staff were excellent ,very attentive 👍"
