Fantastiskt hotell och service

Me and my wife are turning 75 this year and are giving ourselves a wine trip through Germany, France and Spain. Weinromantichotel was our first stop. A really nice hotel in fantastic surraoundings. We were very well taken care of with a nice ornamented dinner table. The dinner was great and then we asked for a wine test. We tested several wines and bought several bottles. Our thanks to a very wellcoming and warm atmosfair. We will definetly go back.

Nice hotel but not perfect for shorter stays

This is a very nice hotel, but not the best choice if you are just staying for one night. The location outside of Bernkastel makes it isolated.

We had a great time at Weinromantikhotel Richtershof. All the services we needed were nearby and the hotel itself was very quiet and nice. The hotel has a beautiful garden and a terrace.

Overall Ok stay, a bit disapointing that the Rooms (Stayed in a Charme room) had no coffee machine, refrigerator and conditioner. Restaurant was “decent” long waiting time for the food and same menu in both restaurants. Good location in Mulheim, easy to park as well

Bra hotell i Moseldalen. God service fra personalet. Restauranten på hotellet var ikke så bra, men både baren og frokosten var helt topp. Vi fikk leie elsykler på hotellet. Vi hadde to fine dager!

Schönes stilvolles Haus, tolle Atmosphäre! Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und schöne Vinothek mit sehr freundlichem Mitarbeiter! Dennoch kommen wir wahrscheinlich nicht wieder. Folgende Punkte haben uns enttäuscht: - Als wir um 19:00 Uhr von einem Ausflug ins Hotel zurück kehrten, wollten wir gerne eine Kleinigkeit essen. Leider wurde uns dann von der Rezeptionistin mitgeteilt, das im ganzen Hotel, dafür keinerlei Möglichkeit bestünde. Auch eine zweite Nachfrage nach nur einer kleinen Brotzeit wurde verneint, und wir wurden auf umliegende Restaurants in ca. 4-5 km Entfernung verwiesen. Wenigstens gab es eine Liste mit Restaurants. Unser Abend wurde jedoch gerettet. Wir entschieden uns in die Vinothek zu gehen. Ganz selbstverständlich bekamen wir von dem Mitarbeiter der Vinothek die Karte mit Wein und kleinen Speisen. Mehr wollten wir doch gar nicht.... Wein und Käse waren wunderbar. Zudem ärgerte uns auch ein sehr niederiger Wasserdruck, welcher nicht zum Händewaschen oder Duschen ausreichte. Für uns wäre der Gästeservice verbesserungswürdig. Bei der Abreise bekamen wir für die Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Wasserdruck, freundlicherweise eine Flasche Sekt.

Blev mødt af en arrogant receptionist, og vi fik ikke det værelse vi skulle have haft. Badeværelset var meget lille, og man kunne ikke sidde ordentligt på toilettet, uden at benene stødte mod brusenichen

Nettes Hotel aber überteuert

300 Eur pro Nacht und kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Ok Hotel aber es gibt wesenrlich bessere Hotels in dieser Preisklasse an der Mosel. Der Service war sehr freundlich und nach etwas Verhandlung haben wir sogar noch einen Tisch im Restaurant bekommen.
