The location was very close to Amtrak station and the surroundings were safe and walkable. The host was very hospitable, communicative, responsive, flexible, and considerate. We enjoyed staying at this beautifully designed and maintained hotel. We highly recommend the hotel for travelers who look for a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay in Memphis."

"The front desk staff is incredibly not helpful and there never is someone at the desk and always have to wait for them to get there. Their phone calling is terrible I called to recive a receipt and they kept putting me on hold not answering my question and ignoring the call"

"They didn’t have the room I booked gave us a smaller one where things were broken and then they couldn’t move us "

"We didn’t try any facilities like workout rooms so I can’t comment on them. The building has seen better days. The hotel staff as excellent. They were respectful and courteous. The biggest problem we had was the bed. While it was comfortable, my short wife found it a challenge to get into bed. "

"This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed."
