Staff were friendly and location was great. However, guest should be aware that you actually enter the hotel on the next street over. Entering the address listed the GPS takes you to the back side and you have to figure out how to get to the front of the hotel.
The staff was incredible. The view was perfect. Room was a little dusty and the pillows were absolutely awful. We had to request extra, which the staff promptly provided. Even with 3 pillows we barely had any cushion. All that aside it was a great stay.
I basically enjoyed my visit and stay at the Riverline Hotel. It was an easy and efficient check-in. The staff was helpful in getting my luggage in and with the wifi. I liked the valet parking, as well. I liked the fast moving elevators. There was never a long wait for one and they delivered you to your floor quick. I didn't like that there was human hair and urine stains under the toilet seat and the fact that they provide no smoking rooms in Tennessee. Other than that, my stay was pleasant enough.
The hotel was very nice, clean, and beautifully maintained. My room had a great view of the river. I was disappointed that the restaurant/bar was not open the evening I was there.
The staff here were AMAZING! The valet, front desk, and restaurant staff were 10/10.
The rooms are older (elevators no A/C) but are clean enough.
The restaurant breakfast was a bit disappointing; would get breakfast elsewhere.
Overall, a good stay; nothing bells and whistles, but fine.
Hotel was nice and close to Beale street and other amenities. When I got there the bathtub didn’t look so clean and I was offered a room upgrade, but I declined it. Staff was very friendly. I would never pay $5 for water though. I would stay again. Starbucks coffee served fresh downstairs was the best for me. Parking was valet or park across the street, which I did and it was safe (FREE ON WEEKENDS).
