Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "

Using KozyGuru to finalize the booking is more complicated than it needs to be, plus using them means reception has no record of your booking. Which in turn means you are pretty much on your own. Booked for 4 people, got a double bed, single bed & a couch? Funishings average, cleanliness average."

"The beds and pillows were very comfy. We enjoyed the 2 bed 2 bathroom option as an affordable option for a quick overnight stay with our friends. Only suggestion: we would prefer some fresh milk rather than the long life capsules as we couldn’t find a place to buy fresh milk. But that is our only complaint!! Will be back again."

"The location is great, close to convenience store & city centre. For the room, I love the big comfy bed & very big mirror on the table & adjustable light & cold air-conditioner. However, I hate small annoying sounds in the room that I don't know if it comes from air-conditioner or other things in the room."
