Using KozyGuru to finalize the booking is more complicated than it needs to be, plus using them means reception has no record of your booking. Which in turn means you are pretty much on your own. Booked for 4 people, got a double bed, single bed & a couch? Funishings average, cleanliness average."

"Whilst the room was very modern and high end. The check in process was ridiculous, having to wait until someone enetered the building to be able to get the fob was a strange way to enter, not very confortable looking like a stalker to gain acess to the fob via mailbox."

"Although the reception hours were limited, the staff were very helpful and supportive. Room was very comfortable with view from balcony and wonderful views of the River city from Rooftop. Easy walk to Fish Lane bar, South Bank entertainment precinct, many eateries and bars. Walk directly to the Casino over the river from South Bank. Good holiday stay."
