"On checking in Natasha on reception was so beautiful, her demeanour, so kind, patient and competent. The room was stunning. The technology within the room was bonus luxury, Perfect location. My only issue I had as a vegetarian was the staff offered me cooked to order options too late however this for me was a minor issue as I made good use of the fabulous gym!!!"

"Everything was OK, but nothing exceeded the expextations. Biggest problem was the reservation of the sunbeds on the pools. You basically need to wake up early if you want to get any place to spend the day by the pool. Around 8:30 all the sunbeds reserved with towels by the main pool. No one there though, only the towels. Also the pool bar was not open. If you want to get a drink, walk up to the hotel, order from the lobby bar and take the drink back to the pool. Or bring your own. Overall OK,...

"The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Customer service was 5 star for sure. The restaurant was outregeously good. Definitely the best restaurant in Croatia. Breakfast was incredible. Congrats to all the staff at Vila Rova. "

"Hotel and room were great. Breakfast was fantastic. Was not able to adjust the thermostat and the room was too warm for our liking. One of the TVs did not work (luckily, there were two others)."

"Nice clean decent sized room. Plenty of choice for breakfast hot and cold. Nice pools across the road by the sea front. Short walk to main area with lots of restaurants. Not many parking spaces, we were lucky as someone was leaving. Streets rammed with cars so not a lot of parking elsewhere. Reception staff wasn’t overly friendly insisting on a voucher from Expedia which we didn’t have but then the manager said it was ok."

"Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette endroit merveilleux , une parenthèse enchantée . Un havre de paix . Au milieu de rien un vrai paradis . Je vous conseille cette endroit plein de charme , personnel très serviable , une propreté irréprochable, une literie de dingue , rien ne manque jusqu au petites bouteilles d eau offerte . Bref le meilleur endroit de nos vacances . Le petit spa était parfait . Et la piscine un véritable plaisir . "
