"Attractive room, great breakfast. One elevator didn't work. No wake up call. No premium (HBO, etc) tv."

"We did a one night stay on the way to San Antonio, TX and the staff (Matt) made check in really nice. He was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was really nice and clean. The bed was also very comfortable after driving for 9 hrs. I would definitely stay again if ever in Lafayette again."

"The company wouldn’t honor my reservation, made and paid for months in advance. They never cancelled, I checked in the day before, and was told my reservation was on. Then, the day of, the said they double booked, or made a mistake, and tried to sell me a different place for extra money. I had to book another room last minute. This company is disreputable. I would not rent a room from them. They contacted me to see if I’d made other arrangements, a day after my check in. They stink!!!!!"

"Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have liked. An example of the lack of sound proofing was the fact that we could hear some people outside our window talking late into the night (albeit the conversation was muffled). For the price of some $300/night"
